Found this clinic through a Groupon which gave a "$2,000 credit" towards orthodontic treatment. The coordinator did an extensive calculation in order to come up with the final cost being $4,000 for metal braces. I was initially told the treatment would take 12-15 months and that made me nervous about having to wear braces for that long. In order to convince me to sign the paperwork, the doctor then stated that I would actually only have to wear them for 6-8 months. I was excited to see the time cut down in half and signed the paperwork.(This was a red flag as braces do take considerable time. Most of my friends with perfectly aligned teeth wore braces for an average of 3 years, this was just too good to be true).
The lady that manages the payments is fake nice and can get snappy and rude at many occasions. I messaged the doctor about this but there was absolutely no apology from his side and his response was that I would just have to "deal with her". I was pretty surprised by the level of arrogance and disregard.
After 9 months my braces were going to be removed, I discussed my concerns as I could still see my front two teeth were still overlapping each other and I asked if I could extend the duration of my treatment to get them straightened and aligned. The Doctor assured me that there was no need for extending the treatment and that I was ready to have the braces off. I am pretty upset about not having straightened front teeth as they are the most visible when smiling.This place is highly rated on Google (which is why I decided to go here) but the reality is that they provide you $10 cash for giving a 5 star review! Overall I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
